“Terrible experience. Staff was unhelpful. Requests were ignored. Ordering a gin and tonic at the bar meant 2 shots of gin in a glass since they ran out of tonic water. Had to ask for ice. Had to mix my own drinks. Drinks took over 60 minutes to be delivered. Any food off the menu took 2 hours to make. This was truly the worst hotel staff. Avoid at all costs.”
